We are looking for a dynamic HRBP Intern to support HR initiatives related to employee engagement, performance management, and talent development. This role offers hands-on exposure to core HR business partnering functions.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Assist in employee engagement, onboarding, and HR operations.
- Support performance reviews, data management, and reporting.
- Partner with business teams to understand HR needs and challenges.
- Coordinate HR activities, surveys, and communication drives.
- Experienced in implementing secure development methodologies, ensuring robust protection of sensitive data and systems integrity.

- Good organizational and analytical abilities.
- Proficient in MS Office; keen interest in HR practices.
Eligibility:
- MBA / PGDM in HR (pursuing or recent graduate).
