Role overview
We are looking for a motivated Senior Associate – Business Development to support business growth through targeted lead generation, outbound prospecting, account research, and sales development activities. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, experience with B2B outreach, and the ability to identify potential customers and decision-makers across target industries.
Key Responsibilities
- Research and identify target accounts, decision-makers, and potential business opportunities.
- Generate qualified leads through LinkedIn, email campaigns, databases, industry events, and other outreach channels.
- Execute outbound prospecting activities including emails, calls, and social selling.
- Schedule meetings and introductory calls for the Business Development team.
- Maintain and update CRM records with lead and opportunity information.
- Track outreach activities, pipeline progress, and lead conversion metrics.
- Support account-based marketing and targeted lead generation initiatives.
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to refine messaging and outreach strategies.
Required Skills
- 3-4 years of experience in lead generation, inside sales, or business development.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, CRM tools, and email outreach platforms.
- Ability to research companies and identify key stakeholders.
- Self-motivated with strong organizational and follow-up skills.
Preferred
- Experience in Engineering Services, Software Services, IoT, Embedded Systems, Digital Engineering, or Technology Consulting industries.
