Role overview
We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Senior Test Automation Manager with 15+ years of expertise in Test Automation, Test Lab Management, and Quality Engineering. The ideal candidate will lead end-to-end QA strategy, drive automation initiatives, and ensure delivery of high-quality products aligned with ISO standards and organizational quality objectives.
The candidate should possess strong leadership capabilities with proven experience in Project Management, People Management, Cost Control, Risk Management, Stakeholder Management, and Quality Assurance processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end QA management for BMS, IoT, Cloud, and Mobile Application solutions from strategy definition to deployment.
- Define and implement scalable test automation frameworks and QA best practices.
- Ensure compliance with corporate policies, ISO standards, and regulatory requirements.
- Manage project scope, budgets, timelines, and resource allocation to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery.
- Drive project execution while maintaining high quality standards across all phases of testing.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to achieve testing milestones and release goals.
- Identify project risks and issues proactively and implement effective mitigation strategies.
- Communicate project status, risks, and deliverables effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
- Prepare estimation models and support proposal creation for RFQ/RFP processes.
- Lead and mentor QA teams, fostering continuous learning and professional growth.
- Promote continuous improvement initiatives within QA and automation processes.
- Manage and oversee BACnet interoperability test lab activities (preferred).
- Work with tools such as JIRA, Git, MPP, SVN, CSV, Python, and other automation/testing tools.
- Ensure adherence to ISO processes, including ISO 27001:2022 standards (added advantage).
