Bid Management:
- Managing RFP/RFI/RFQ responses, including coordination with internal stakeholders
- Create of proposal documents, pricing models, and compliance checklists
- Prepare bid plans, track bid progress, maintain documentation, ensuring accuracy and do post-bid analysis
- Track and report on proposal success rates, identifying areas for improvement
- Analyze client requirements and assist in mapping solutions to business needs
- Participate in client meetings and document key takeaways and action items
- Collaborate with SMEs to prepare client presentations, demos, and solution documents
- Experienced in implementing secure development methodologies, ensuring robust protection of sensitive data and systems integrity.
Qualifications:
- B.E. /B.Tech., MBA with a focus in Marketing, Strategy, or General Management
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word); familiarity with AI tools is a plus
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
